What is the cancellation policy for your entertainers? 

  • Our cancellation policy is that if  you wish to cancel your entertainer within three days of the event taking place 50% of the total price is due. If you cancel with more then three days notice the fee is $30.
  • If you would like to reschedule the date of the event we will hold the deposit and apply it to the new date.  We understand that emergencies may happen, such as sickness or a death in the family and we would like to help you reschedule to help make things easier.

Do entertainers expect tips? 

  • Tipping is not something that entertainers are expecting to receive but are always appreciated and are a great way to tell the entertainer they did a wonderful job.

Is a deposit necessary? 

  • Yes, a deposit is how we verify a booking and hold an entertainer for you. We accept all major credit cards over the phone as well as E-transfers.
